Returns
If, for any reason, you decide to return your order, please email us at support@thewatanabedesigns.com within 15 days of receiving the product. Rest assured you will receive a full refund with no return shipping costs or additional expenses on your part. We take great pride in creating products that are truly accurate to the images, videos, and descriptions we provide. We want you to have complete confidence in your purchases. Replacements
In instances where a product arrives damaged or defective, our team is ready to assist. Simply email us at support@thewatanabedesigns.com within 15 days of delivery, with a high-quality image or video displaying the issue, and we'll promptly issue a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event of lost or stolen packages, we offer two options to address the situation. We can either issue a full refund for the entire order or, we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge.
